- Refund possible untill 1 week prior to the start of event if you have a very good reason! A 10 euro administration fee will be charged.
- No own drinks and food allowed during the day socials at the venue. (Working on this point for next time ;-)
- No own drinks allowed during the evening parties at the venue
Soft drinks and water for cheap price available.
- The organisation is not responsible for injuries and lost items
