LEADING, FOLLOWING & LADYSTYLING

Liebe Leute!

Wir werden Mitte Februar wieder ein schönes Zouk-Wochenende zusammen verbringen! Wir können uns die Gelegenheit nicht entgehen lassen, die bezaubernde Oksana aus Sankt Petersburg wieder nach Bremen einzuladen! Im November waren unsere Frauen von Ihrem Ladystyling sehr angetan und die Leaders konnten selbst erlebt, wie gut sie als Follower tanzen kann. Es ist gar nicht so einfach, Ladystyling und das Folgen so schön wie Oksana in den eigenen Tanz zu integrieren!

Deswegen haben wir uns Folgendes ausgedacht: Wie wäre es, wenn die Follower die Gelegenheit hätten gemeinsam mit einem Tanzpartner an Ihrem Ladystyling zu arbeiten? Keine Choreographie ohne Kontext lernen, sondern echtes Ladystyling unter realen Tanzbedingungen üben. Und das alles auf eine harmonische Art und Weise, damit das Folgen nicht vom eigenen Ladystyling beeinträchtigt wird.

Was würden die Leader währenddessen lernen? Hier kommt Fernando ins Spiel. Wir werden das ganze Wochenende nutzen, um unsere Führung zu verbessern. Als Leader ist es unsere Hauptaufgabe gut zu führen und ihr werdet an diesem Wochenende eine Überblick über viele Techniken erhalten, die eure Führung auf das nächste Level bringen. Zögert nicht lange und meldet euch an! Sonst werden euch die andere Leader einiges voraushaben.

19:00 bis 21:00 Uhr: Workshop mit Oksana & Fernando.
21:00 bis 1:00 Uhr: Social Dancing.


SAMSTAG 16.2. (Im Saal in der etage°, Herdentorsteinweg 37)

13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr: Workshop mit Oksana & Fernando.
19:00 bis 1:00 Uhr: Vitamin Z50 Party (50% Leader - 50% Follower)


SONNTAG 17.2. (Im großen Raum in der etage°, Bahnhofstr. 12)

13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr: Workshop mit Oksana & Fernando.
16:00 bis 19:30 Uhr: Social Dancing. Wenn genug Tänzer da sind, machen wir länger!


=== PREISE & ANMELDUNG ===

Das Wochenende kostet 75€ und wird auf 50 Teilnehmer beschränkt (25 Leader & 25 Follower).
Der Full Pass beinhaltet 8 Stunden Workshops und 13 Stunden Tanzen (mit ausgeglichenem Leader-Follower Verhältnis, auch bei der Party am Samstag). Wasserflat und Fingerfood sind im Preis inbegriffen.

Für die Teilnahme empfehle ich mindestens ein Intermediate Level. Das bedeutet, dass Ihr die Zouk-Basics beherrscht (Schritte wie Bumerangue oder Elastic sind für Euch kein Geheimnis mehr) und schon langsam ein Verständnis davon habt, wie Kopfbewegungen funktionieren.

LEADING, FOLLOWING & LADIES’ STYLING

Dear all!

In mid-February, we will once again spend an amazing Zouk-weekend together! We cannot miss the opportunity to once again invite the amazing Oksana from St. Petersburg to Bremen! In November she enchanted us with her ladies’ styling and the leaders had the opportunity to experience how smoothly she follows. It is not so simple to integrate ladies’ styling into your own dance as beautifully as Oksana does!

This is why we came up with the following idea: Wouldn’t it be great if the followers had the opportunity to work on their ladies’ styling together with a partner? No fancy choreography without context, but real ladies’ styling under real dance conditions? And all of this in a harmonious way so that your ability to follow is not compromised by your own embellishments.

How will the leaders benefit from the weekend? This is where Fernando comes in. We will use the weekend to improve our ability to lead. As a leader, it is our main task to lead well, and during the weekend, you will receive an overview over many techniques that will bring your leading skills to the next level. Don’t hesitate and sign up. Otherwise the other leaders will have an advantage over you.

21:00 to 1:00: Social Dancing.


SATURDAY 16.2. (‘Saal’ at the etage°, Herdentorsteinweg 37)

13:00 to 16:00: Workshop with Oksana & Fernando.
19:00 to 1:00: Vitamin Z50 Party (50% Leaders - 50% Followers)


SUNDAY 17.2. (large room at the etage°, Bahnhofstr. 12)

13:00 to 16:00: Workshops with Oksana & Fernando.
16:00 to 19:30: Social Dancing. If there are enough dancers left, we will stay longer!


=== PRICES & REGISTRATION ===

The fees for the full pass amount to 75€ and include 8 hours of workshops and 13 hours of social dancing (with a balanced leader-follower ratio, including the party on Saturday). A water flat rate and finger food are included in the price. Participation will be limited to 50 participants (25 Leaders & 25 Followers).

An intermediate level of zouk is required for participation. This means that you have mastered the zouk basics (steps like Bumerangue or Elastic are no secret to you) and have developed an understanding of how to lead head movements.
